The staff at the lobby lounge were always friendly. they were also helpful. the pool is a sun trap. It felt very welcome on scorching days. the pool staff was great and very helpful TOO.

Our room lacked a pillow for our son. it lacked a sheet as well. juices were artificial and colored. The restaurant did not offer fresh fruit juice. tiles around the jacuzzis were loose and not properly placed.

fantastic stay!

superb location clean room stress free layout

I was so excited by the location it is superb. shopping and transport were very accessible. the room reminded me of home. it was comfortable and clean with a wonderful view. the breakfast selection was the best ever and the layout of the tables was stress free. It was amazing!

the air conditioning was too loud. when i left the room, it turned off and the temperature got very high afterward. it was very noisy at night.

The hotel service staff is the warmest and friendliest. It's true. they greet you warmly, and they always have ready smiles, regardless of the time of day. that attention is top notch.
