The staff at the lobby lounge were always friendly. they were also helpful. the pool is a sun trap. It felt very welcome on scorching days. the pool staff was great and very helpful TOO.

Our room lacked a pillow for our son. it lacked a sheet as well. juices were artificial and colored. The restaurant did not offer fresh fruit juice. tiles around the jacuzzis were loose and not properly placed.

I was so excited by the location it is superb. shopping and transport were very accessible. the room reminded me of home. it was comfortable and clean with a wonderful view. the breakfast selection was the best ever and the layout of the tables was stress free. It was amazing!

the air conditioning was too loud. when i left the room, it turned off and the temperature got very high afterward. it was very noisy at night.
